Grano has acquired the Archiving, Digitisation and Printing Services of ProID Solutions Oy in an asset deal carried out on 1 February 2026. The deal will strengthen Grano Oy's operations in Vaasa and significantly strengthen Grano's nation-wide Printing Services. At the same time, the companies believe that the deal will improve the service level of major clients in Vaasa.
ProID Solutions Oy is a company specialising in industrial marking, serving its clients with comprehensive marking solutions. Grano Oy is a nationwide multi-sector company offering various marketing services, which is known for its wide range of printing services, among others.
“This deal is a clear expression of ProID Solutions' ambition to focus and streamline the design and manufacture of our industrial marking products. At the same time, we are happy to transfer the services of our important clients to a capable company, which in turn wants to develop archiving, digitisation and digital printing services in Vaasa to meet future customer needs,” summarises Chairman of the Board of ProID Solutions Oy Matti Manner. Mika Vihervuori, who took up the position of CEO of Grano Oy last November and has also had an impact in Vaasa, believes that the investment appetite of companies will remain strong in the Vaasa region.
The parties have chosen not to disclose the details of the deal.
