Our economic responsibility is based on ensuring profitability and competitiveness. We develop our operations based on our strategy in a sustained and customer-oriented manner. Our operations are based on ethically sustainable conduct, the basic principles of which are detailed in our code of ethics.

Our economic responsibility is based on ensuring profitability and competitiveness. We develop our operations based on our strategy in a sustained and customer-oriented manner. Doing so allows us to take care of our personnel, respond to the needs of our stakeholders, operate in an environmentally responsible manner and fulfill our obligations to society. By operating responsibly while also ensuring profitability, we generate value for our owners, society and stakeholders through investments, employment, dividends, taxes and the procurement of services. Our financial goals must be met by responsible and ethical means – while considering environmental and social responsibility.
Objective: We operate in accordance with ethical principles and legislation and prevent abuses.
Our operations are based on ethically sustainable conduct, the basic principles of which are detailed in our code of ethics. All of our employees are obligated to familiarise themselves with our code of ethics and complete a related training course. We also expect our suppliers to commit to reducing their environmental impacts, operating in an ethically sustainable manner and complying with our code of ethics in their own operations. We want to ensure compliance with our code of ethics throughout our value chain.
Grano prohibits corruption and bribery in all of its operations and does not accept any services, goods, trips or anything else from any cooperation partners or suppliers that exceed the limits of normal hospitality. We compete fairly and honestly in compliance with competition law.
We have launched a whistleblowing channel for our stakeholders, through which they can report suspected violations of our code of ethics, good business practices, laws or directives.
