Grano is initiating change negotiations to renew its organisation and for financial and production-related reasons.
The company is adopting a new strategy, for the purpose of which it needs to renew its operating model, clarify processes and roles and change its organisation. At the same time, market demand has weakened, which also affects the company's financial situation and necessitates cost adjustments.
The change negotiations initiated due to the planned changes affect all employees of the Grano Group. If implemented, it is estimated that the plans could lead to the dismissal of up to 45 employees and changes to the material conditions of employment of 105 employees. In addition to this, temporary lay-offs are possible.
The planned changes are aimed at permanently reducing annual costs by an estimated EUR 3 million, securing the long-term competitiveness of the company and ensuring the implementation of the new strategy.
The change negotiations will not affect our customers or our deliveries.
