Grano's Board of Directors and CEO Kimmo Kolari have agreed that Kolari will leave his position as the CEO of Grano. The board has appointed Mika Vihervuori (M.Sc. Tech) as the new CEO. He will take up his position on 1 October 2025. Kolari will continue as the company’s CEO until Vihervuori takes over, ensuring a smooth transition.

I thank Kimmo for our great work together and wish him all the best for the future," says Tapio Tommila, the CEO of Panostaja.
Mika Vihervuori joins Grano as the CEO from his position as the CEO of NetNordic Finland Oy. He has held various management positions and has also previously worked in management and development roles in e.g. the label and newspaper printing businesses. Vihervuori has been a member of Grano's Board of Directors since 2024, and will now step down from this role due to his nomination as the CEO.
