Jooel Friman has been appointed Grano's Strategy Director and member of the Executive Board as of 1 January 2026. The new post of Strategy Director will link strategy, data-driven management and responsibility to form an entity to support the company's ability to execute its strategy systematically.
"The appointment will support our ability to systematically drive the company's strategy forward in keeping with our values – sincerely together, love for what we do and bold renewal. Friman has held leadership positions at Grano with a focus on data-driven management and the project office. He has strong experience in strategy work, data-driven management and responsible business development. Prior to joining Grano, Friman worked on growth strategies and business development for Finnish medium-sized companies.
